4th gen 1999 Ford Mustang convertible Limited Edition For Sale.

Genuine 1999 35th Anniversary Package Convertible GT 5 speed manual, this is number 1,750 of the total 4,628 54Y Limited Edition package cars and of only a few hundred manual silver convertibles. A Marti report will verify that number more thoroughly. Specifically there are only 315 or so TOTAL convertibles in this color with this upgrade package and transmission option. This is the most Budget Friendly way to get into a clean title anniversary car. It ran and drove but it needs to be towed. The battery terminal needs to be replaced but the main issue is the ticking noise. The previous owner said that it had a head issue, but I have not opened the motor. I’ve driven it two hours home and around town on small errands, it rode perfectly nice aside from the ear assault. The body is in fair condition for a higher mileage car of this age, dents and scratches can be seen in the photos. The leather seats need help as these mustangs often do, I have a set of cloth front and rear seats I was going to put in temporarily while I
had the seats reupholstered, they will come free with the car along with some other pieces. The electrical and accessory functions from A/C, heat, to the convertible top and windows mostly all work with the exception of the backlight on the odometer is out. The top while it works great mechanically it need the cover replaced. The car has gt rocker panels and is sitting on sn95 stock wheels with aftermarket taillights. I was intending to restore it as these Limited Editions have become so hard to come by but with moving out money is tight, I don’t have time to work on it and It’s begun to sit. I’m bummed to let it go. Price is negotiable, motivated to re-home where it will be appreciated, asking $2,500 obo.
