1965 2+2 Mustang (My Bullet Car)

This is an unmolested Georgia C code 2+2 Mustang that should be considered a real survivor! One repaint and a little interior work and that’s it. Nothing else done at all! I purchased this car 07. At the time the current owner had owned it for over 12 years and had purchased it from the original owner’s granddaughter. The car had 66k on the clock (real miles). For the last 27 years the car has been stored with a large collection of other car in a close friend’s building. So my personnel knowledge is extensive. This 2+2 has retained all of it’s original panels and pans. I had the entire car blasted to bare metal and repainted a factory Hunter Green and refreshed the interior with new stuff as needed back in 07. The underside is untouched other than a light coat of flat blk. spray to inhibit rust. The car show a little rust on the headers and exhaust otherwise looks like it did in 07! The shock towers and rails are like new as is all underside components.

The motor is a 60 over 289 with a ¾ cam, Holley 780 duel line carb, Edelbrock polished alu. intake, Roush cylinder heads and Hooker long tube headers into a 2.5” Magnaflow exhaust system. Factory 4 speed & rabbit ear shifter, ford rear end with 410 gears, Running on 14”x7” (widened 1”) factory wheels and 14” fat BFG radials. A little bit of GT trim to set off the look with GT exhaust and fog lights. Glass is perfect! Paint is a 9.9! Everything works of course!

Only 460 miles in the last 16 years to a few trailers and car shows, multi award winner. Not completely stock but very close to it!
